2024 Graduation Checklist

Senior Dates

  • Academic Letter and Straight A Recognition: Sept 13, 2023, 6 p.m.
  • Bear Creek High School College Fair (hosted by BCHS Counseling): Sept. 27, 2023
  • Senior panoramic photo in main gym: Oct. 11, 2023 during Connections (Warren Tech seniors, this happens at 9:30 a.m.)
  • Jostens graduation meeting (caps and gowns): Nov. 2, 2023
  • Academic and Athletic Awards Night: May 9, 2024, 6 p.m.
  • Senior finals – Information coming soon
  • Graduation rehearsal and senior picnic: May 16
  • Graduation: May 17, 9 a.m. at Red Rocks

Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Picnic

Graduation rehearsal will take place at noon on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the BCHS main gym. Important: All students who plan to participate in graduation at Red Rocks must attend rehearsal.

The senior picnic will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 16; location to be determined.

Outstanding Student Fees and Fines

Important: Caps and gowns will not be distributed to students unless all fees and fines have been paid. The financial secretary will be busy on the day of graduation rehearsal working with students and families; her ability to answer the phone will be limited. Please do not wait to take care of this until the day of graduation rehearsal.

Those needing to view or pay student fines and fees can log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Verify the student is listed and then click the green arrow to be taken to a screen to pay.

Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony

Graduation Overview Video

Bear Creek High School’s Class of 2024 graduation ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Important: Graduates are to report at 8 a.m. at the top of the amphitheater.

There are no tickets required for this event. Students are welcome to invite as many family members and friends as they would like; just please be aware of parking costs per vehicle.
